If customer number and correct spelling of name is not on
all packages, Hagen's of Blaine is not responsible for lost
or missing packages, and cannot guarantee notifications.
Processing of your package may be delayed if your number is omitted.
Please ensure we have your email on file to guarantee notification.

We're handling over twice the volume of packages than
this same time last year, and greatly appreciate
your contribution to our continued success!
Packages are available for pickup when a confirmation email from
us has been received! This can be two business days after package
receipt depending on the amount of deliveries being processed.
If someone else is picking up for you, please make sure they have a copy of your My Digital Doorman email or invoice.
When speaking to the shipper give them your name/ID only and the address above. This will avoid them taking your name off the package and having it sent to the
Hagen's of Blaine name only.
We no longer forward freight, and packages must be picked up.
After 2 weeks storage fees start at $0.50 a day per package for packages 44lbs and under, and $1.00 a day for packages 45lbs and up. If not picked up in 90 days the item will be sold for storage.
ALL packages in at pickup must be signed and paid for. If you choose to leave any packages behind you will be given a 2-day grace period before the above storage fees apply.
Pallet Shipments
There is a different process for pallet shipments.
Please speak to Hagen's of Blaine prior to any pallet shipments.
Due to space limitations, Hagen's of Blaine can no longer receive pallet and freight shipments. These shipments must to be sent to a different location (A & A Contract Customs Brokers). Pickup is only Monday through Friday 8-5. Closed holidays.
