- Create an account online before sending packages to Hagen’s. Once registered, you’ll receive an email containing your User ID and customer number.
- Package-receiving accounts require a nonrefundable annual fee of $15. The fee is based on a full year, and per-package-only accounts are no longer available.
- Your customer number identifies your account and helps Hagen’s match incoming packages to you. Include it on every package sent to Hagen’s.
- Your User ID and customer number will be emailed to you after registration. Account emails are sent from noreply@hagensofblaine.com, so check your spam folder if you do not see them.
- Yes. Customers receiving mail through Hagen’s must complete USPS Form 1583 and present the required identification in person.
- Yes. Each person who will receive mail through the account must complete the required paperwork.
- Create an account and use your assigned customer number when ordering. Hagen’s will receive and hold your package, then email you when it has been processed and is ready for pickup.

- You’ll receive an email after your package has been received and processed. Emails are sent from noreply@hagensofblaine.com.
- Receiving fees start at $3.50 and are based on package weight. A $15 nonrefundable annual account fee is also required. Additional surcharges may apply to certain items.
- Freight, tires, pallets, items over 100 pounds, and items too large to fit through a standard door should be sent to Hagen’s warehouse rather than the main storefront.
- Log in to your account, select Overnight Lockers, and follow the prompts. Requests must be submitted electronically and cannot be filled by phone.
- Each locker request costs $1. Funds can be added to your account using the Buy Paid Credits option.
- You may include up to 20 packages in a single locker request for the same $1 fee.
- Requests must be submitted by 3pm Monday through Friday or by 12pm on Saturday. Holiday closures may affect availability.
- Packages are left in the locker for one night only due to limited availability.
- The packages will be returned to the shelf, and storage charges will begin at $0.50 per day or $1 per day for items over 50 pounds.
- Hagen’s ships packages through UPS and USPS.
- Yes. Hagen’s accepts properly labeled prepaid UPS and USPS drop-offs, including online returns with prepaid labels.
- Shipping services close 15 minutes before the business closes.
- Yes. Hagen’s accepts properly labeled prepaid UPS, and USPS packages.
- Yes. If the retailer provides a prepaid UPS, or USPS label, you can bring the securely packaged and labeled return to Hagen’s.
- No. Hagen’s no longer forwards packages to Canada. Independent services such as Shippsy, IPS, Edge Logistics, and White Rock Courier may offer cross-border delivery.
- Package receiving is for parcels. A private mailbox allows you to receive letters, magazines, and other letter mail at Hagen’s.
- Small mailboxes are $12 per month, medium mailboxes are $20 per month, and large mailboxes are $25 per month. Availability may vary.
- Yes. Private mailboxes require a minimum three-month rental.
- Yes. Mailbox customers pay $2.75 per package for qualifying packages weighing up to 24 pounds.
- Address letters using your name and mailbox number. Address packages using your name and customer number. Both should be sent to 816 Peace Portal Drive, Blaine, WA 98230.
- Magazine subscriptions require a private mailbox. Hagen’s does not accept general-delivery mail.

- Freight deliveries and pickups are available Monday through Friday from 9am to 3pm.
- Standard pallets cost $35 to receive. They may weigh up to 1,000 pounds and measure no more than 72" H x 48" L x 40" W.
- Payments are not accepted at the warehouse. Pay at the main Hagen’s location before pickup or make sure sufficient funds are available in your account.
- Yes. Hagen’s provides warehousing support for qualifying business inventory.
- Available space and suitability depend on the type, size, and quantity of inventory. Contact Hagen’s to discuss your specific needs.
- Yes. Hagen’s can prepare orders from stored inventory for shipment or pickup.
- Yes. Hagen’s can receive qualifying inventory as part of a customized warehousing or fulfillment arrangement.
- Order-fulfillment services are available based on your business’s inventory, order volume, and shipping needs.
- Contact Hagen’s for a customized quote. Warehousing and fulfillment pricing depends on the services your business requires.
- Regular package-storage charges begin after 45 days.
- Packages weighing 0–49 pounds are charged $0.50 per day. Packages weighing 50–99 pounds are charged $1 per day.
- Tire-storage fees begin after seven days and cost $1 per day, per tracking number.
- Packages that remain unclaimed or are not picked up after 90 days become the property of Hagen’s and may be disposed of at its discretion.
- Improperly discarded boxes or packing materials may be subject to a disposal fee of at least $5.
- Yes. Hagen’s reserves the right to refuse packages or decline service. Refused packages are still subject to the applicable receiving fee.
