Package receiving gives you a secure U.S. address where you can have online purchases delivered. Hagen’s accepts and holds your packages at its Blaine location, then sends you an email when they are ready to pick up.

• Annual Account Fee

  A $15 nonrefundable annual fee is required to receive packages.

• Email Notifications

  Customers are notified by email when a package arrives. Only one email address can be used per account.

Shipping & Returns

Ship packages from Blaine through UPS or USPS, or drop off prepaid UPS, and USPS packages. Whether you’re sending something new or returning an online purchase, Hagen’s makes it easy to take care of it locally.

Freight, Tires & Pallets

Hagen’s accepts qualifying freight shipments, standard pallets, tires, and items that cannot be delivered to the main storefront. Please contact Hagen’s before arranging your delivery.

  Deliveries and pickups are available Monday through Friday, 9am–3pm.

• Standard Pallets

  Standard pallets cost $35 and may measure up to 72″ H × 48″ L × 40″ W, with a maximum weight of 1,000 pounds.

• Important Restrictions

  Furniture, oversized pallets (up to 2000 pounds), and double pallets can be received at our warehouse location. Payments must be made at the main location (816 Peace Portal Dr) or through your account before pickup.
